All stationery, greeting cards, recipe cards, art prints and calendars are designed, printed and packaged with care in Monrovia, CA.TERMS | Minimum opening order is $100, with a minimum reorder of $75. See item quantity minimums listed throughout the catalog and on pricing sheet insert. Payment via credit card, PayPal, Square, or Stripe is required prior to shipping. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders for accounts with a balance due will not be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.
RETURN POLICY | I happily exchange any items that arrive damaged or due to an error on my part. All damages and errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other fees incurred. Unsold, shop-worn merchandise cannot be returned. Please contact me at wholesale@lacelit.com with any questions.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING | Lacelit products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed card, postcard, and recipe card sets may not be divided up or sold as individual items. If you are selling Lacelit products online, credit must be given to Lacelit in the product description. Retailers may not sell Lacelit products on third party online platforms (i.e. eBay, Amazon) or at events without obtaining permission from the artist.
DELIVERY | Paid orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks from Monrovia, CA, via USPS or UPS. In-person deliveries may be requested for stores located within 15 miles of Monrovia, CA, but are not guaranteed. Please let me know if you’d like to request special shipping options or use your UPS or FedEx shipping account number.
