Cup Half-Full: Creating from Smaller Vessels is cozy gathering to hold space for gently nurturing our creativity in the midst of heartache or overwhelm. How do we fulfill our creative ideas when surrounded by exhaustion, overwhelm, and doubt? Let's find the answers together in a session designed to feel like a warm cup of tea for your process. Even if your energy is low, and your cup half full, this gently-structured retreat will use the history of tea as a starting point for blending together a story of your own.
All creative mediums are welcome, and your ticket includes a printable coloring + activity sheet with words, phrases, and shapes to cut out and assemble into collage, poetry, or paste…
