DEEP DIVE THEME: Alternatives to Social Media // As social media algorithms continue to impact our reach to even our most devoted community as well as discovery, social media burnout can deplete our energies and leave us feeling discouraged when tried-and-true routes aren’t working anymore. I’m realizing more and more how important it is for small business owners to evolve as platforms change, and be open to new strategies that better serve our aims. While this workshop retreat isn’t a push for us to jump ship by any means, it’s for taking a time to evaluate what is and isn’t working + explore ways of connecting with not only our current customers, clients, and readers, but also experiment with alternate routes to growing our audience outside social media.
