Guided Creative Retreats are a way to hold space for nurturing our creativity with a new theme each month, engaging with whatever medium that feels energizing or restorative on the given day whether it be writing, drawing, painting, collage, fiber arts, music composition, or crafting, using materials you have on hand at home. There's never any pressure to socially engage more than you wish, and each guided retreat is like holding some space to meet with your creativity while in the company of fellow creatives who are doing the same.
