Join me for a 2-hour workshop where she'll guide us through the intuitive, yet considered process of assembling dynamic mixed media collage from a variety of source materials including vintage books, magazine pages, and decorative Japanese papers.
We'll experiment with incorporating hand-stitching as a way to create added dimension, compelling connection points, and inventive intersections that tie shapes and ideas together into a cohesive art piece. A lovely way to repurpose materials and give them a second life in an entirely new form.
All skill levels welcome + all art materials are provided. Just bring yourself (and perhaps a friend)!
