HANDMADE

Lacelit paper products are created, created and packaged by Kimberly Taylor-Pestell at her home studio in Monrovia, CA. Rubber stamps and wooden magnets are produced through a partnership with a laser-engraving small business owner based in Belleville, IL. Please remember that all Lacelit items in the shop are original works and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Work, photography, graphics and text cannot be reproduced, altered, used or sold without written permission from the artist. Thanks!

PAYMENT

PayPal and credit card payemtns are processed directly. Your order will be shipped to the address you select or enter at checkout. If you'd like me to ship your order as a gift, please make sure that you include the recipient's name and address for the Ship-To address and let me know if you have any special notes you'd like me to include.

Orders should be paid for within 2 days of purchasing. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has been received. Custom orders must be paid in full before I pull out my paintbrushes to begin.
 

SHIPPING
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped out within 1-5 business days from the date your payment is received via standard USPS delivery. Tracking is provided on all domestic orders. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please contact me prior to checking out. If your order has not arrived by your estimated delivery date, please let me know.

International Shipping

I currently ship to the Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, New Zealand, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, U.S. Virgin Islands and Venezuela. Please Note: I am unable to guarantee that your international parcel will arrive by a certain date. Please allow at least 2-6 weeks for all international deliveries, and keep in mind that delivery vary based on destination, customs and time of year. I am not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or fees that your package may accrue by your country.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Refunds are offered if there was an error on my part in describing the item or if the item was damaged due to an error in my packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable due to the personalization, made-to-order process.
