LACELIT WHOLESALE TERMS

 

PRODUCT INFO

Please see individual product listings for materials, dimensions, and pricing. All greetings, stationery, art prints, and recipe cards are designed, printed, and packaged with care in artist Kimberly K. Taylor-Pestell's home studio in Monrovia, CA. Die-cut stickers are printed by a U.S.-based company and packaged by at the Lacelit studio.

TERMS

Minimum order is $100 with minimum order of $75. See item listings for quantity minimums and pricing. Payment is required prior to shipping, and I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Orders for accounts with a balance due will not be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.

RETURN POLICY

I happily exchange any items that arrive damaged or due to an error on my part. All damages and errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other fees incurred. Unsold, shop-worn merchandise cannot be returned. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed through Lacelit's Wholesale Portal fall within a tiered flat shipping rate:

 

$75-$100      $8

$100-150      $10

$150-$250    $15

$250-$500    $20

$500+           $25

Paid orders are shipped before or by 1-3 weeks from Monrovia, CA, via USPS or UPS. In-person deliveries may be requested for stores located within 15 miles of Monrovia, CA, but are not guaranteed. Please let me know if you'd like to request special shipping options or use our UPS or FedEx shipping account.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

Lacelit products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed card, postcard, and recipe card sets may not be divided up or sold as individual items. If you are selling Lacelit products online, credit must be given to Lacelit in the product description. Retailers may not sell Lacelit products on third-party online platforms (i.e. Amazon, eBay) or at events without obtaining permission from the artist.
