SESSION 1: TAKE STOCK

Work session devoted to TAKING STOCK of what inventory and materials we have on the shelves + what we need to order and produce. Campers can chose to use this time to take inventory, make a list of materials to purchase/items to restock, and take care of purchasing.

SESSION 2: CALENDARING

Work session devoted to CALENDARING. Campers can choose to use this time to create an overarching plan for upcoming events, workshops, wholesale releases, and shop updates.

SESSION 4: PROMOTE & MARKET

Work session devoted to PROMOTIONS & MARKETING. Campers can use this time to plan special promotions and sales, pre-order offerings, marketing (newsletter, social media, website), and any special events (collabs, giveaways, holiday festivities, etc).

SESSION 5: PRODUCTION PLAN

Work session devoted to PRODUCTION PLANNING. Campers can use the time to create a production calendar to span over the weeks leading up to the busy holiday sales season, helping to break up the designing, production, assembly, and packing (for in-person events), to prevent time-crunching at the last minute.
