Hand Lettering with Art Pens | Live Online Workshop

Hand-lettering has a wonderfully natural, personal touch that distinguishes it from typography. In this workshop, we'll explore multiple styles of block lettering and cursive scripts while working with spacing, slant, and varying pen weights to convey different moods and messaging styles.
Creative Business Q-and-A | Live Online Event

Live Q-and-A session for fellow creative business owners. Participants can submit questions ahead of time or in real time during the live session. This will take place in a live session through Zoom, which allows us to interact and interact face-to-face in an online classroom setting.

Freehand Watercolor Patterns | Live Online Workshop

Tentative date: Saturday, Aug. 1, 2-3:30 p.m.

 

Learn the basics of choosing a complementary color palette, using negative and positive space, and grouping elements in various ways for visual interest. We'll practice 4 different types of freehand patterns and explore the loveliness of imperfect symmetry. Students will receive a recommended supplies list to purchase before class (if you already have supplies, great!), or you can purchase an optional add-on to have a Watercolor Starter Kit mailed to you ahead of class. For creatives of all levels and styles, age 13+.

This workshop will take place in a live session through Zoom, which allows us to interact and interact face-to-face in an online classroom setting through video, audio, and chat box.
